I set up this business in late 2022 as a side hustle having bought one of the apps and been impressed at how easy it was to run. It is a part time business around my other business however I am selling a due to lack of time to grow..

It sells white label and ready made saas business apps for existing agencies to resell or as a business opportunity. For example, our social media tool creates content and posts to Facebook, Insta and LinkedIn with unlimited pages included. This is something different from the many platforms and it positions itself perfectly for marketing agencies, social media agencies and also those looking to promote to a specific market.

We have listed these apps on listing websites such as acquire, flippa, ebay and microns. I haven't done anything to promote the website since it was built so that is a clear opportunity. I saw a similar idea for sale last year but it was not being done very well so I set about to improve on the process and it has been successful. We only recently had the website built as all the apps are sold via 3rd party channels.

We have had all apps built using no-code so anyone can build, develop and manage using Bubble. The reason is that this is a node code platform which can be built and managed by anyone so is very flexible.

GBA has a very high margin, great niche and with some strategic marketing (PPC, Facebook), this could increase dramatically. I have 2 options of a completely plain app but the most sales have been when setting up as a branded and adding a domain as the buyer sees more value. There are competitors who offer completely unbranded options but they have huge sales teams to go out and get the business - I don't.

It does have the potential to generate more sales through a strategic marketing plan which I have written but not had the time to fully deploy (I am willing to pass this on too). Selling on third party websites has worked for the project as this accessed a very targeted audience.

Pricing of apps
We don't have a set price but start at around $300 on ebay for a plain unbranded through to $1600 for a branded, in-demand app such as the newsletter creation. We sell all in USD as this is where a majority of the clients have come from. The highest value are very much on branded domains.

Growth potential
This has been a part time business which only needs a few hours per week. The growth opportunities are obviously more hours should lead to more revenue, but also and increase in advertising and marketing activity using the website as opposed to the platforms.

As we have two target audiences, either of these could be marketed too more aggressively. b2b is a large market selling the apps to agencies to offer as value added extras would be an avenue to promote on Google. The tried and tested platforms will always perform well for those seeking business ventures for sale.

It is priced to sell as it does not have recurring income (again, another opportunity) and the client work needed to convert the sales can be quite long. For example, I may receive 10 enquiries but only 2 will convert. The real value is in the app base as they can all be expanded and improved. I have investigated this and there are very many good Bubble developers on Fiverr at low cost - I just don't have the time to undertake and manage this.

Turnover in last 12 months is around £9900 and profit is £9000
