However, briefly we would point out this Guest House is literally within three/four miles of a major cruise ship terminal, and we understand from the Vendor two Dutch ferries come into the terminal every day and one Danish ferry arrives at the terminal every day. In addition four cruise ships leave the terminal every seven to ten days. Our Vendor Client caters, on the camping side, for many students that come from Holland/Denmark on cycling holidays and on the cruise ships he offers parking facilities for the duration of the cruise to all of his fee paying guests, an additional income is raised from this service.
