This Company is a long-established commodity trader in oils and fats. It has an excellent reputation for customer service within its blue-chip client base. In recent years the company diversified into the highly profitable Waste Management and Food Waste Recycling sector. This provides a regular and recurring revenue stream and is a service that the Company is now expanding. The business has significant assets and a strong cash position. The company is a licensed waste carrier, acting as an intermediary and dealing predominantly with commercial/industrial waste, which provides the materials to produce Biodiesel, Animal Feedstuffs, Fertilisers and Oleo Chemicals, as well as aiding anaerobic digestion systems. Whilst there are massive international business drivers for such services, our Client has only recently begun to develop this part of the Company, despite having an established and profitable relationship with a major international group to handle food production waste. The company operates from freehold premises, trading in the UK and Western Europe, with the UK market accounting for 70% of sales.

SALE TERMS
The shareholder has, over the past few years, reduced the amount of time devoted to running the business and has established a robust management team.
