PROPERTY DESCRIPTION WHAT THE CUSTOMERS SAY............ The Jolly Brewer is a pub you must visit. The pub, formerly the Clifton Inn, has now re-opened under the Warwickshire Beer Co. Many of you won't have visited the Clifton Inn but should visit the Jolly Brewer because it is simply a great boozer. The choice of beer is wide and the quality exceptional. The choice available at the time of writing was Warwickshire, Darling Buds (4%), Kingmaker (5.5%) and Ball Stitcher (5%), I had just missed Titanic Anchor. The pub itself is easy walking distance from Rugby Town Centre, it took me no more than about 5 – 10 minutes. The interior is traditional and extremely spacious with jukebox, wide screen televisions with Sky Sports and a quiet area for those who simply want to reflect with a good pint; or if you want lively discussion the friendly locals are sure to oblige, whether it be about the live football or rugby or headlines of the day. The detached property is deceptively large and opens up to offer differing opportunities. The public areas can comfortably accommodate 200 people and are divided into separate “user occasions” with relaxed female friendly areas with settees and low tables along with a pool and games area which has a “state of the art” plasma T.V, dining areas and a large room leading from the main bar which is suitable for use for entertainment and functions or possible development as a carvery operation.
