Business Summary

THE BUSINESS
Our clients have run The Waverley Arms since 2009 and have built a trade using their excellent reputation for real ales (mentioned in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide 2012) together with a menu that features some very fine cuisine. Despite a gross T/O of £190,670, with a trade split of 70% Wet to 30% Dry, it is GA Select’s opinion that the pub is currently under-utilized and could easily accommodate a breakfast trade to substantiate lunchtimes and evenings. The pub has a traditional early “Sale of Alcohol” time start of 8.00am (Mon-Sun) which is currently not used. With this and plenty of early morning commuters around, there is no reason that The Waverley Arms cannot build on its fine reputation.

GA SELECT SUGGEST “FULL STEAM AHEAD” FOR VIEWINGS AT FARNHAM’S “PLATFORM 3”. THE WAVERLEY ARMS PRESENTS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE AND RUN ONE OF SURREY’S FINE ALE HOUSES AND ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF A POPULAR COMMUTER PARADISE
