Parracombe Village
Parracombe lies within the boundaries of the Exmoor National Park. Although a small village, it boasts a church, primary school, village post office/shop and a pub. The larger villages of Lynton and Combe Martin are approximately four and five miles away respectively. The nearest beaches are at Combe Martin (small, sandy harbour/cove) and Woolacombe (long sandy beach). The A39 is about ½-mile outside the village, giving access to Blackmoor Gate (approx 2 miles) from where the towns of Ilfracombe, South Molton and Barnstable are within easy reach.
