I have for sale my franchise, which is with a market leading and nationwide company. The area I cover is Luton Bedfordshire or to put another way ALL the LU postcodes. Thats a lot of chimney pots!

Current statistics state that over 95% of all house buyers use the internet to source suitable properties to buy. You would be buying a franchise that advertises 24/7 on ALL the major property portholes, such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Fish4homes, Findaproperty & Up My Street, to name but a few.

This is a company with a proven track record in selling homes and you will be supported by an area sales manager and a head office.

As well as selling properties, you will be able to up sell add ons (for a commission) such as solicitors, removals, epc certs etc via our established business partners.
