Peacefully situated in an elevated position at the the base of the Great Orme it benefits from a private, south facing garden and sun terrace and is just five minutes walk from the town and beach.

It has its own car park as well as free roadside parking. Llandudno is a very popular North Wales seaside resort which is thriving benefitting from the attractions of the beach, pier, the Great Orme cable car and tramway, the theatre, and the stunning North Wales scenery with nearby attractions of Conway and Conway Castle, the beautiful Conway Valley and Snowdonia. In addition the famous Victorian town has attractive shops with most High Street names represented and includes a modern retail park. The town offers much for all ages whilst retaining its elegance which makes it one of the United Kingdom's premier resorts.

The guest house provides fourteen twin or double bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, tea and coffee facilities, hair driers, flat screen digital TVs most with built in DVDs, together with additional owners accommodation which includes the owners suite. There is a welcoming licensed bar with lounge and lounge areas. Many rooms benefit from glorious panoramic far reaching views to Conway with some overseeing the promenade.The vendors cater for a wide variety of visitors and accommodates school educational groups, reunion groups and others for which evening meals can also be provided.

The vendors also cater for weddings, funerals parties and other celebrations. The business has its own website and is featured by North Wales Tourism. The owners formerly ran the premises as a full hotel but have in recent years, reduced this commitment especially as there are a large number and variety of restaurants within the nearby town.
